Happy 2026 from Pickcode!

Happy New Years!

Our overarching goal for 2026 is to continue what we've been working on since we started Pickcode: creating the best platform for teaching and learning computer science.

This month, we'll pass 30,000 registered users (as I type this, we're at 29,763). Those users have run code more than ten million times over the past three years, and the rate at which users run code is only increasing. When we first started to get users, we set a lofty goal of reaching one billion code runs, and we're now over one percent of the way there.

This year, we want to set ourselves up to get the other 99% of the way to a billion. To do this, we'll continue to make Pickcode more reliable, usable, and powerful. We'll share updates on our progress throughout the year, and look forward to expanding our impact and partnering with more educators.
